You can get to Bodo by connecting flight - or by flight to Trondheim + train. It's worth being there in the morning! Arrival, provisions, transfer to the yacht!

We sail to Ballstad or the Venice of the North - Henningsvaer. We stop at Trollfjord and through Sortland we reach Andeness! Here we wait for good weather!

In approx 30-48 hour we will arrive to Svalbard. We will pass the Sorkapp area and head Hornsud.

The amount of time spent at sea depends on the willingness of the entire crew to sail, safety is supervised by the skipper - so it is up to him to make the final decision on the route. We allocate 3 days for Lofoten! The chosen places depend on the weather conditions prevailing at a given time in the water!
Lying almost in the middle between Spitsbergen and the European mainland. In practice, bears are very difficult to spot here (the last one was spotted in 2013). However, in 2020, the ice drifted so far south again that bears could potentially get across on an ice floe.
Try your hand at fishing, in the first few days of your cruise it is a great place and time – especially in Lofoten!
Russian mining town on Spitsbergen. At the Red Bear restaurant it is worth tasting real Ukrainian borscht and local beer. Local strong alcohol 78N can stop many a sailor.
If there is enough time, we will visit Pyramiden just before disembarking!
The legendary polar station of the Polish Academy of Sciences, located at the gates of a beautiful fjord. If the ice allows us to get there, we may be able to spend at least a moment in its hospitable premises.
Temperatures above 5-10 degrees Celsius in Bodo, on the route statistically prevailing westerly winds and a stable 5 degrees Celsius. On Spitsbergen practically no precipitation.
Bypassing the Vysa Niedzwiedzia, the cruise fulfils the conditions to build up the right seniority for Yacht Master Ocean!
